Chuck
Swinden
Having completed his formal education in Malta, Chuck
travelled in his initial career between England and Ireland
before immigrating to Canada in 1974 where he proceeded to
build an impressive career in Human Resources and
Management. He spent 18 years in management positions
with two of the 100 Best Corporations; Purolator Courier and
FedEx.
First hand experience in a myriad of
environments and challenging situations from initial setups
to staff hiring, evaluation, and discipline, enables Chuck
to bring with him an understanding of the complexities and
uniqueness of each given circumstance. Along with this awareness comes the
know-how to help his clients best approach the situation at
hand.
Chuck brings forward expertise that is,
first and foremost, hands-on. |
Katherine Huck
A graduate of Laurentian
University with an Honours B.A. in English and Psychology,
Katherine gained diverse work experience designed to expand
her marketing expertise.
Katherine’s impressive hands-on
experience as a marketing agent and graphic designer
includes: visual and performance arts, education,
underground technology, transportation and heavy equipment,
communications, and computer solutions.
The path from Graphic Design and
Marketing to Training was a natural progression for
Katherine. She states, "Theory is great and is also
necessary, but business people want concise answers in a
short amount of time from people who have actually been in
the trenches".

Tessa
Keaney
Having grown up in Southern Ontario, Tessa has been a proud
Sudburian since 1994. She offers 20 years of profit and
non-profit business experience to our team. She has owned
and operated three successful businesses and helped in the
creations of five more. Tessa has developed a wealth of
knowledge and hands-on experience in the areas of a customer
service, marketing and public relations.
Tessa has
co-ordinated a number of charitable events including “Crop
for a Cure 2005”, having raised over $12,500 for breast
cancer research. Tessa is an active volunteer member of the
Co-ordinating team of the Canadian Cancer Society’s “Relay
for Life”.
As a wife,
mother of two, and hobbyist in gerontology, Tessa offers a
full understanding for the need of time and stress
management. She understands the pressures of life and how
events can affect productivity and environment in business.

Skye Dewar
After completing her B. A. in sociology at Wilfrid Laurier
University, Skye returned to her northern roots and has
built a dynamic and extensive social services career right
here in northern Ontario.
Skye’s 14
year career includes employment counselling, literacy
program coordination, workshop creation and facilitation,
and professional speaking engagements. She is currently the
Vocational Clinician for the Assertive Community Treatment
Team 1 at Northeast Mental Health Centre.
Rounding out her resume with volunteer work that varies from
driving a donated bus to a women’s clinic in Nicaragua, to
workshop facilitating for the Children’s Aid Society, Skye
continually raises the bar and seeks out new opportunities..
Skye is thrilled to join the Keystone team, and brings along
her combination of frontline experience, professional
demeanour and positive upbeat style. |

Colleen
Kleven
Born and raised in Toronto, Colleen began her career in
media studying radio broadcasting at Humber College. Over
the past twenty years, Colleen has created advertising and
marketing concepts for seven radio stations and their
clients throughout Northern Ontario. She has also proudly
contributed to public radio as a freelance
writer-broadcaster with CBC Radio Sudbury.
Her media
background also includes writing newspaper and magazine
articles and highlighting the positive in print when writing
speeches, business profiles, nomination packages and winner
profiles for individuals, businesses and Federal Ministry
initiatives.
Now the
sole proprietor of a writing, voicing and editing service,
Colleen Kleven – Hired Pen, she represents a talent pool of
experienced writers, graphic designers, and broadcasters who
provide valuable services delivered with efficiency,
expertise, and exceptional customer service.
